The Beetle Door

The door is loaded with hardware, rubber and other parts that make the Beetle and Super Beetle door function. The door is the most used part of your Beetle ! You may open and shut the door without ever turning on the ignition !

Door Handles and other chromed parts

We carry all of the door handles, inner and outer, and their associated parts. (You can link door handles at the right.) A word on chromed parts is in order: All vendors provide reproduction door handles. As with other chromed items it is important that care be taken to periodically use chrome treatment (polish) to guard against deterioration of the electroplating. We rigidly inspect our door handles and return any to the importer that show incipient deterioration.

Door Seals

There are almost too many door seals to count ! We have packaged, for their complete restoration, popular door seal groupings. These door seal packages include most everything to restore the rubber on your door.

The main door seals are available as original and as reproduction. The differences between the German and the reproduction seals are described at the part entries.
