Installing Seat Covers:
These are not slip overs. These seat covers are factory replacement seat covers to bring your Notchback, Squareback or Fastback to factory specifications. In order to install these seat covers the seats are taken out of the car, the old seat covers stripped off, and the new ones installed.

Instructions:
We have a thorough illustrated booklet taking one through the removal and the complete restoration of the seats. The seat cover replacement might involve replacing the padding, sisal etc. and all steps are covered clearly. A careful, handy person should be able to restore his or her own Type 3 seats (or any of the other air cooled VW seat covers and seats.)
