These are original spec mirror mounting screws. They are "self tapping."
If the holes are worn you can try store bought 'self tapping" screws
with a slightly larger diameter (American or Metric)

There are three pieces to the complete assembly shown: The mirror unit, the base unit that attaches the mirror to the car, and the lamp (bulb holder.)

The lamp is sold complete with the switch and the bulb.

Ghia sedans and convertibles take the same rear view mirror/lamp parts.
