Notes: This fuel pump is compatible with all 12 Volt air-cooled VWs that are equipped with carburetors. It will not work for fuel injected vehicles. The fuel pump kit includes barbed fittings and hose clamps to lock fuel lines in place. Solid state circuitry and a heavy duty case make for a reliable , long lasting fuel pump. Wiring straight forward: Connect + and - wires.

Note: Use in any air cooled engine but use fuel pressure regulator 9102 in conjunction with electric pumps in carburetor systems. This electric fuel pump pumps 20 gallons per hour. This is a solid state pump which takes either threaded line input or line clamps. It should be mounted close to the fuel tank. Draws only 1 amp. Built in check valve prevents reverse flow. Facet is a leader in electric fuel pumps.

This fuel pump is to be used with a 4-inch (100mm) Pushrod {Part# 113-127-307A) on alternator-equipped cars. If installed with a 4.2-inch (long) Pushrod, the actuating lever in the base of the fuel pump will become damaged rendering fuel pump useless. Fuel pumps with damaged actuating levers are not returnable. Note: This fuel pump can be used on any upright engine which has been converted to alternator.

This fuel pump has a slip on fuel inlet so wont work with threaded fuel lines. You would use a clamp on the pump inlet over the fuel line.. Most restorers use the 113-127-025CD fuel pump instead of this one. Must use 113-127-307 push rod.

This is a block-off plate for your fuel pump if you are converting from stock to electric fuel pump system. You can put this unit on the engine and run your electrical fuel pump on the side wall of the engine compartment. This unit has threaded boss in the center if you want to drill it out and use an adapter later. Fits all 1600cc engines.
Choose either the plate with breather hose center inlet or without (shown here: plate with the hose inlet.)
This is the fuel pump plate without the breather hose inlet. As with the version with the breather hole these plates are rust proof polished aluminum.
VW Beetle and VW Super Beetle 61-74 VW Karmann Ghia 61-74 VW Bus 60-71 VW Type 3 62-67 VW Thing 73-74 This fuel pump flange is for 40hp and later engines only. It will not work on 25hp, 36hp, or 1700cc-2000cc Type 4 engines. Tighten feul pump carefully to avoic damage to the fuel pump flange.
